Policies
The Advanced Medical Aesthetics Center (AMAC) has strict 95% attendance policy in place to protect the interests of other students and Advanced Medical Aesthetics Center. Students need to make leave of absence arrangements and make up hours with the Executive Director. A deposit is necessary per attending student to reserve his or her placement in the desired, scheduled class roster. The deposit amount will be applied to the total course(s) tuition. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check or major credit cards.
Advanced Medical Aesthetics Center realizes that not every prospective student is able to fully pay his or her tuition prior to actual attendance either due to time or financial constraints. Therefore, an optional payment schedule has been approved by the Board of Directors of AMAC in which the student may attend his or her desired scheduled class or program, provided that the student has received the board’s approval.
The required deposit is included in the tuition cost figure. The remaining tuition will be due and payable the day of graduation and prior to issuance of the associated graduation certificate(s).
All payments are due upon enrollment, unless subject to amendments, or financial arrangements, items, fees and tuition is subject to cost change. The AMAC Board of Director’s must approve any changes.
The student agrees, if accepted, he or she will enter training for and make reasonable effort to complete the course in compliance with the rules and regulations of the school and abide by the same. Should the student terminate enrollment, the school's policy for determining the effective date of termination is as follows: The date on which the school receives notice of the student's intention to discontinue the training program, or the date on which the student violates published school policy which provides termination. Cancellation after 3 days will result in a $150 charge.
